There are more than a few of these very skinny buildings in the Historic District.  Just looking at them you can imagine that most, if not all, of them were constructed in an under utilized alley between two older buildings.

It looks like this one was built prior to the implementation of the current house identification scheme as it has its very own number.  Another skinny building a few doors west looks to be of more recent vintage and shares a house number with its neighbor. It suffers the indignity of having the suffix “A” in its address to provide distinction.

  1. It’s tiny alright (a 13 bricker). I’ve seen an 11 bricker close to east st near the cupcake store. Too close to “swing a cat” that’s for sure!
