Lately I have been obsessed with the bare branches of winter, especially when they lay nicely across such beautiful buildings as these in the Historic District.  In short order this view will disappear for the summer.

  1. Frederick is so beautiful. Sometimes I forget.

  2. i know – I often forget as well. I love living in Frederick!

  3. Love these shots! A sequence showing the folage appearing would be great.

  4. Ooooh, a new project for Bill: shoot the same angle every week for a year. Watch the park in front of City Hall bud out, fill in with leaves, grow green and then colorful, and then be glistened with snowflakes. Such a challenge to plan and execute. Who is up for it?
