Same location as yesterday and the day before but it is not too often that you see a lob cabin over 200 years old being taken apart in the Historic District.  Here the newer back addition of the cabin has been removed revealing the staircase.  And take a look at that exterior door in the older part of the cabin!  Just a tiny bit out of square, huh?

  1. Bill, it’s great that you are able to preserve some mages of this old structure as it gets demolished. What a shame that it went so long without attention that it could not be rescued. But once it was in a dangerous condition, it had to be removed. It looks like Tony is doing a good job to retain as much as possible for re-purposing.
