Since I have to do a picture every day in the Historic District I don’t really do a lot of sunsets. Sunsets are unpredictable and, as I just mentioned, I need a photo every day. Usually I have my daily obligation done well before the sun goes down (yesterday’s after dark photo was an exception due to scheduling issues).
But there are times that a spectacular sunset will bump a photo I had taken earlier in the day out of contention. This evening was just such a sunset. Maybe I should shoot more of them!
