There are two things I like about this pair of sister houses.  First, I like the way the owners have seemingly coordinated the colors shared by the two homes.  Take a look at the whites, greys and burgundies.

And then, second, I really like the alley gate at the center of the photo.  It is actually two gates, a wooden one painted red and then the black wrought iron one in front of the red one.  It makes for a neat visual.

And of course I had to make this photo today because there were no parked cars blocking this scene.

  1. Nice – I agree the owners have done a great job of coordinating colors w/o compromising their independent styles – if that makes sense . . .
