Sometimes the most important part of making a photograph is where you have to stand.  With the cold, heavy rain this evening I was foremost looking for a dry spot to set up the tripod.  Luckily I found a well sheltered spot that had a nice view of an interesting scene.  But rest assured, finding that dry spot was a big part of making this photo.
