I have often said that if you want a bit of humanity in your photo in the Historic District you need only wait for a moment or two and someone will walk a dog through your scene.  That did not happen tonight.  And there was no one leaning on the wall watching the flood control project intake in action.  I guess it was just too wet for most, but I do enjoy having an excuse to be out in weather like this.
